Can I install these watchfaces on my Android Wear / iOS device?
Unfortunately no - our watchfaces are currently available only on devices such as Gear S2, Gear S3 and Gear Sport, that use Tizen OS.But if there's enough interest, there's a chance we might provide them for Android Wear as well in the future.
Where can I download the watchfaces? I can't find them on Google Play Store!
You can get them only by finding them on Galaxy Apps store and only by using your smartphone or tablet device! Open Galaxy Apps on your device and look for the "Gear" section – just search for URARITY!

A feature is not working as advertised!
We test all of our watchfaces before publishing and they pass a Samsung verification process as well, but sometimes errors slip by. Send us an e-mail and we will fix the issue.
I can't find all of your watchfaces in the Galaxy App store.
When you search for URARITY on the Store, you will get multiple results. Click on any watchface, slide down until you see "More from this developer" and tap on "View all" on the right hand side. If you still don't see all of our watchfaces at this point, it usually means that you are either using an older device that doesn't support some of the latest features or that your device is running an older firmware. Make sure you smartwatch is updated to the latest firmware version!
I want do install your watchface on my Gear / Gear S / Fit / Fit2.
At this moment we provide only watchfaces for round-screen Samsung Gear devices, such as Gear S2, Gear S3 and Gear Sport.
I accidentally purchased 24 hour version but I need the 12 hour watchface, what do I do? (or other way around)
No problem! E-mail us and we will provide you with replacement watchface free of charge. Just don't forget to tell us your name, what watchface you need and your country so we can check the claim.
I am having problems downloading / installing the watchface. Is this your fault?
No! Any problems related to installation or downloading are either result of a problem with your own Internet connection, or Galaxy App store having problems at the moment you tried to download the app. You are not downloading the app from us – Samsung is the exclusive host provider that handles all financial and dana transactions. However, this happens EXTREMELY rarely (just a single reported case this year), but if it happens to you, please contact us directly and we will provide you with a few options.

Can I get a refund?
When you purchase a watchface on the Galaxy App store you are buying an item from Samsung, not Urarity! We do not handle any financial or data transactions. In case you want a refund for your purchase, you need to make a claim through Galaxy Apps and request a refund from Samsung directly. Or you can send us an e-mail confirmation with proof of purchase, describe what's wrong and we promise to offer you alternative solutions that will be much easier and quicker for you!
